Every order is printed fresh for your explorer, then packed and prepared for launch.

Mission Prep Time

• T-shirts: Approximately 1.5 business days
• Journals: Approximately 3 business days

USA Shipping

Shipping time begins after your order has been printed.

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 | 3 to 5 business days
• Express Shipping: $15.00 | 1 to 2 business days

As soon as your package leaves Mission Control, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, but global expansion is in progress. The universe is large. We’re working on it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made specifically for your explorer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on correctly fulfilled orders. If your mission gear arrives damaged or has a printing error, email us at hello@marsusuniverse.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.
